Planning Applications

Plans for the Old Forge, Golden Hill were discussed at the meeting on September 3rd 2024 and there were no objections.

Application no: P/HOU/2024/04418

Location: The Old Forge, Golden Hill, Stourton Caundle, DT10 2JR

Proposal: Re-build side and rear extensions, carry out alterations, improvements to outbuilding and provision of new retaining wall in garden area.

Application no: P/LBC/2024/04419

Location: The Old Forge, Golden Hill, Stourton Caundle, DT10 2JR

Proposal: Replacement of modern one and a half storey extension on south side of dwelling in a similar form. Rebuild the modern lean-to extension at the rear of the building including replacing modern concrete roof tiles on some of the earlier catslide roof. Carry out minor (mainly internal) alterations to outbuilding (Old Forge.) Improve the exterior areas to the rear of the building through the provision of an enlarged patio and new retaining wall structure.
